Impressions of the Moment

Eva Alkula – kantele, Reetta Näätänen – clarinet

The multi-toned lunch-time concert creates impressions between different lands and worlds. The influences range from Japan to Scotland, from Vuokko Nurmesniemi’s wave pattern to the wing strokes of a bird, as well as vibrant citations from pop and folk music. The kantele and clarinet dazzle with their particularly magnetic harmony. At the end there will be an opportunity to discuss the concert with the performers.

The duration of the concert is around 60 minutes, and there will be around 20 minutes of discussion time.
